1. The host and all the Family members are just awesome. They are Lovely, humble and definitely very Helpful. 2. You can get a scooty right at the homestay. Also there are many rental shops just opposite to it. So no worries. 3. There is a open space outside in the campus where you can drink tea or coffee anytime and every time. Also you get a Induction heater and Pan where you can prepare your morning breakfast. 4. The rooms are clean and cozy. And the price of the stay is definitely worthy. 5. Just 50 metres away you can get the Linda Laundry. 6. Finally a worthy and Budget Friendly Homestay. I Highly recommend.

Room was very spacious with all the things you would probably need. My daughter loved to play with all the many pillows in the room and observe Thai kindergarten across the street. Stayed in 5 different places in Chiangmai but had the best sleep here !

It was our first Homestay experience as a family of six. We really enjoyed meeting people from all over the world. Noon was an exceptional host! She hired a driver to take us to Chiang Rai which was significantly cheaper than going with a tour group. She also provided our younger kids with a few toys and crafts. She was so sweet and generous! We grew very fond of her and her family during our 12 day stay. The property was very clean and tidy. We never had an issue with sharing the bathrooms even though I had been nervous about it. The linens and pillows were very comfortable. The breakfast was simple fresh fruit, toast and jam, and some variety (egg, banana or toasted coconut) of sticky rice wrapped in a banana leaf. There is a woman just 100 meters down the alleyway that makes fresh fruit smoothies and espresso drinks for 35Bht. We visited her often. The location is excellent! All the night markets are close enough to walk to. I enjoyed exercising in the city park which is very close as well.

Très bel endroit merveilleusement situé dans la vieille ville. Propreté irréprochable. Accueil sympathique. Tout est parfait. On offre des biscuits, des bananes et du café le matin. Bouteilles d'eau fournies dans la chambre tous les jours.
