From the check-in with the welcome rakija shot to the check-out after a great breakfast, this place offers the best guest experience. The room was spacious and spotless, the Wi-Fi signal was great, and the beds and pillows were super comfy and cloud-like. The overall experience was thought-through, and the attention to detail was impressive and rarely seen. The restaurant at the hotel had amazing food and an even better selection of wine and beer. The personnel was super kind and welcoming. This place is a true gem in the region.

The guesthouse is in the middle of everything. The room was large enough for 4 people, the bathroom was large, clean. The breakfast was good and the staff very helpful. The good bye ice cream was a nice bonus.

Just perfect! We were only passing through and decided to spend the night there due to problems with our car. Even though we arrived late at night and on short notice, we received a very warm welcome. The host had already turned on the heating in our rooms so we wouldn't be cold. The room was very clean and the bed was comfy. In the morning, we woke up to beautiful surroundings (lake and mountains) and had one of the best breakfasts I've ever had in a hotel. The hosts are extremely nice and do everything they can to make your stay as great as possible. We regularly drive through Slovenia to get to Croatia and we will definitley come back to Bakhus! We 100 % recommend it!

The host is exceptional. She was really thoughtfull: always helping us with tourist information, giving us small treats, like leaving croissants every day in front of the door and giving sweets to the children. The guesthouse was very clean,rooms are big and v and had all necessary items for a confortable stay and were cleaned every morning. The kitchen, which was perfectly equiped icluding dishwaser,washmachine and dryer. The best part of our stay was the stunning view over the mountains from the terrace where we could have breakfast in the morning sun. It was the perfect place where you could swe could have stayed and visit the beautiful slovenian rivers and mountains.. Thank you for hosting us!

Bardzo miły właściciel, spędzał czas ze swoimi gośćmi, rano poczęstował nas kawą i herbatą, pokazał kilka publikacji na temat Słowenii i miasteczka w którym się znajdowaliśmy. Polecił też lokalną piekarnię, gdzie można było dostać jedyny w swoim rodzaju Burek i pyszne muffiny z wiśnią.

Our stay was brilliant. The staff was really friendly and the room quality was really high. Our room had a magnificent view. Excellent breakfast witha a great view, great location in the very Skofja Loka's center. The hotel's building has a rich medieval past dating back to 14th century. I definatelly recommend staying at Garnji Paleta.
