Very clean and convenient location

Room was nice and comfortable, host is very friendly and answers all the questions really fast. Stuff is exceptional, room was astonishingly clean, shining and well prepared. We even decided to stay one day longer because we loved the place so much! Bathroom smells good and is kept exceptionally clean, looks more like a 4 star hotel then a guesthouse! Everything was working fine, climatisation was good but window is protected from bugs so you can keep it open and its not even necessary to turn climatisation on. Guesthouse has a kitchen and a washing machine, we didn't use them but other guests told us it works well too. There was even tea and cofee that we could use for a breakfast if we wanted! There are good restaurants and a nice lake close to the place, also there is a beach and some party venues, close enough to join but far enough to rest without being disturbed. The only downside is that it is quite far from the city center, but there is public communication and air is a lot better in this part of the town compairing to city center, so it's kind of worth it! I would really, strongly advise to stay here for anyone going to explore Constanţa or rest by the sea. Super quality for a really just value! Thank you guys from Casa David!

Excellent stay, easy to reach, in a great location, very close to the beach. The area is pretty quiet and with many restaurants, terraces and shops nearby. The host is GREAT, very kind and helpful!

Large bathroom, easy access and everything was very clean. The hosts were very friendly and flexible. You could arrive at any time with no issues and we were able to leave our luggage there after checkout. The Kitchen area is accessible and fairly large. Rooms have air conditioning and are extraordinarly clean. You have a place to dry your clothes outside the room. All the information you need, including contacts is displayed in the room and it's easy to read. Very cute folded towels in the rooms and outside decorations.
