A spacious, luxurious and clean guesthouse in a quiet neighborhood. Free parking is available on the premises. Perfect breakfast and very nice staff. Enjoyed the stay and as a matter of speaking felt at home.

We can highly recommend this accommodation. The house is located in Zimao, an old town of traditional stone houses located at the hillside with views over the valley. The host Eva was very friendly and gave us good recommendations what to see and to do in the area, like waterfalls, lakes and the beautiful countryside. I think the location is ideal for hiking and biking. The house and rooms were very clean and well equipped. The house is an old town house but very nicely renovated with fine decorations and the attention to details. There is a big and fully equipped kitchen to be used by all of the only 3 rooms as well as a balcony with a beautiful view at sunset over the valley. We stayed in the studio that is spacious as well as its bathroom. The bed was comfortable. We had a great time there and enjoyed our stay.

A beautiful garden with relaxing pool!!The room was quiet and perfect, with a lovely huge bathroom. The host Margarita was wonderful, we had a warm greeting, a small tour and some advice on where to go in town for dinner. Really a lovely spot for anyone touring the Douro Valley and its vineyards.

We loved our stay! It is a property with a long history, carefully renovated by the owners and it retained an old world vibe.. It feels like time has stopped and you are transported to a fairly tale here! I loved the attention to detail at every corner. The breakfast was the best we had in Portugal. The breakfast/dining area feels like you're in someone's home. We stayed in the main house and there were very few other guests while we were there. So we stayed a lot in the common area, on the couch with a fireplace. You can keep up the fire yourself and it keeps the room very warm. We were here in October. The weather was cold and rainy. It made our stay even more cozy. The bed was HUGE and super comfortable. We had a car. It would be difficult to stay here without one. It is a pleasant 30-40min drive to see the vineyards in Piñhao. We also liked the city centre of Vila Real, 5min driving from the property. All in all, our favourite stay in Portugal (and we stayed in 5 different hotels/AirBnBs).

Todo en general. La señora Inés fue muy agradable y nos trató muy bien. La habitación estába limpia y el desayuno era completo. Además, teníamos una piscina y pudimos disfrutar de la compañía de unos perros muy simpáticos.

Very nice house with amazing friendly approach from the lady who owns the property, we even got coffee and breakfast with local homemade stuff, clean room, shared bathroom but big one, clean and equiped.
