For example, she got us a very special dinner reservation for New Years eve, which without her help, we would never have found. She treated us like members of her family. Flexible, generous and a easy to contact if anything were to go wrong. Jo -Jo, her assistant, was also fabulous. He always had a smile to greet us, and treated us with respect, and with a very calm and quiet manner. He took care of every detail.
