From booking, check-in, during the stay and till the end. Lots of help and information about how to get to location, what to see. You want be disappointed if you stay here. Nice quiet house with all amenities, comfortable beds and specious bathroom. Lots of free parking. Walking distance to Santa Cruz and Airport (with hand luggage). Well recommended to stay here.
