Staff were amazing. So friendly and helpful and kind. The hotel is in a terrific location. It was so close to airport, perfect for a short stay. But also, the residential area was a very pleasant surprise and I fell in love with Manila in just a one night stay because of it. What a lovely, happy place and people. I can't wait to come back and stay for a visit not just a stopover. I feel very lucky to have discovered Khotel.
