We had a spacious, clean room. I will stay here whenever I am back in KTM. The place was very peaceful, quiet and clean - with amazing views of Kathmandu and the Monkey Temple. The rooftop & meditation room were a highlight for me. Location was not too far away so that you felt out of the mix. The hosts (Naidoop and Jonh) were also very accomodating and helpful with local knowledge, and things to look out for for first time travellers.
