Lovely property with wonderful staff. Nelson (owner) helped us with transportation to and from the property which was much appreciated. We had dinner two out of three nights while there and he is a great cook and serves huge portions. Beach is beautiful and quite calm relatively speaking. Beach beds are available to hotel guests right on the beach.

La colazione è letteralmente spaziale! Tipica e ricchissima! E poi l'accoglienza della proprietaria, davvero molto gentile. La posizione è ottima, perché in pochi minuti si arriva alla spiaggia. La camera è semplice, ma pulitissima.

What a wonderful place. We felt so welcome. The room was lovely and clean, and we had a quite large outdoor private area. The host is very friendly and serviceminded. She recommend the best restaurants and made good deals for us for tours and transport. The guesthouse is in a quiet area not far from the most wonderful beach you could imagine. You just have to go down the road, cross the railway at the station and go through the park....We highly recommend a stay and would gladly return of we came to the area again

Amazing ambiance, it’s like coming into an oasis with all the plants and interiors. The couple who owe the place are very friendly and the food was amazing, both breakfast and dinner in their restaurant was delicious. We highly recommend this place.

This is most definitely one of the best places in Sri-Lanka. The host Nilan was very helpful. He drove us around in his car and showed many beautiful places. The room was clean, with good air conditioner and a fully equipped kitchen. Hotel territory is well cared for and offers a view on the lake. Boat tours and beautiful lake sunsets are very special and will be a nice bonus to your stay. We felt like home with the host family. They even cooked traditional Sri-Lankan food for us! Nilan knows the island very well and can drive you to a tea factory, moonstone mine, turtle rescue center and other places. If you ever in Sri-Lanka - don't miss out, stay at Sun Kiss Lagoon Hotel. You will not be disappointed.

It’s a lovely place to stay, the hotel has only 2 rooms for now the rest is under construction so the rooms so furniture and everything inside the room is need. the service is really really good and the owner Praba provided us everything we needed/asked.

La proprietaria è super dolce e gentile, mi ha dato tanti consigli e aiutato con i tuk tuk etc :) la location è praticamente a 2 min a piedi dalla spiaggia e da alcuni ristorantini. Colazione abbondante inclusa. Stanza molto basic senza asciugamani e toilettries come la maggior parte delle guest house qui.
