Perfect location, close to center and bridge. Amazing views on the lake, and very nice staff. Quite some stairs to arrive at the reception, but staff very helpful.

We had a lovely time at Ca’Riza. The location was lovely as it was slightly further away from the business of San Marco and was a good central point to explore all of Venice. The room was beautiful and the staff were lovely. Breakfast was a highlight with a lot of choice and very generous. We were very happy to come back home to it after each day.

For our 3 nights, the Venice trip hotel was a sweet spot. We were close to the bus terminal and in nice middle ground to all the corners of Venice. We slept like newborns and enjoyed breakfast as kids after a day out. Maybe we will look no further the next time in Venice.

I honestly cannot say enough good things about this property. My husband and I stayed here as a last part of our Italian honeymoon. The property is very well located a couple of minutes walks away from the Rialto bridge, but set a street back from the main canal so it is lovely and quiet for a good nights sleep. The rooms are well appointed and spacious and the bathrooms are wonderfully modern and generously sized (not always easy to find in Italy). Everything was immaculately clean. The bed was also incredibly comfortable. The owner and her staff were incredibly friendly, even helping us to our water taxi when it was time to say goodbye. We are hoping to have many more visits to Venice and stays at Residenza San Silvestro

The location was a bit hard to get to but very close by public transport. It was a bit secluded which is really cool but close to a ton of restaraunts!

Luca was a very helpful and great host! The room was spacious with an amazing view to the canal as well as a view towards the cafe. We had an AC which was working perfectly. Very convenient location, closed to every sightseeing on foot and by vaporetto! We appreciated a lot the map and the sweets which were left for us in the room! We will definetly visit again!
