Wonderful host who answers all questions, provides recommendations and offers great hospitality. Good location = 15-20 minute walk to the historic area/harbor. Safe neighborhood with cafes and restaurants. Spacious apartment with kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a nice rooftop deck to relax. Family of 4 that highly recommends! If vegetarian, check out Locanda dei Poeti restaurant… so good we went twice. And for breakfast, our favorite cafe was Sciuscia Café which is a 10 minute walk… awesome coffee and pastries. Also, took the Liberty fast ferry to Favignana, 12 euros roundtrip per person; highly recommend for an awesome day adventure. And for a winery tour, recommend Alagna Vini in Marsala, tasted 15 bottles of wine for 13.50 euros per person!

This is not just a regular hotel, it is an agrofarm, so, it was a very interesting experience. They grow citrus trees and grapes, and make their own jam and wine. The atmosphere of the place is fantastic - so relaxed and chilled out. The welcome drink from a local vineyard also reminded us that we are on vacation. The host and all the staff were very friendly and attentive to our needs. The facilities are fantastic - you can play tennis, footbal (our young player was happy), there is also a gym. The swimming pool was open 24/7 hours, but we did not use it, since the weather in the beginning of april this year was quite cool. The breakfast was very nice, all fresh and quite a good choice. What excited me about the place, that even though we were travelling off the season, everything was working and ready for our disposal. The territory of the hotel is very well maintained and very beautiful. The exit from the room to the inner yard was also very convenient for the kids. Great place, highly recommend.

Hosts Agostino and Manuela were so generous with sharing their recommendations and local knowledge with us. The rooms were spacious and charming and the beds so comfortable (Harrison Ford had stayed in ours during the filming of the latest Indiana Jones...) Breakfast was delightful - pasties, fresh fruit, cereals, cheeses, bread, cakes, coffee all served in a grand dining room under a beautiful chandelier. If heading to Trapani, we highly recommend staying at Villa Angelina.
