The room was peaceful and quiet. Great breakfast for purchase at C20 cafe below. Close to city center to walk to St. Anthony Basilica, St. Justina Church (a must see), and Great gift shops! Great views.

As other reviewers noted - this place is special. You're in someone's home - one that happens to have been a palace. This would not be a great choice if you're rushed (for example, needing to leave very early in the morning) or you want more anonymity or 24/7 service. The rooms are very spacious with a sleeping area and an eating/sitting area, but at least in the suites, an open layout. Though it is a palazzo, the rooms are not jammed with stuff - they're relatively spare and the room I was in was new. Breakfast is served in an elegant room and was of high quality. During COVID, it is not a buffet, so things moved a bit slower as items were prepared fresh. The location is particularly convenient for the Capella di Scrovegni, which is 2-3 blocks' walk. The best feature, though, is the hospitality of the host family and staff is excellent; warm and informative. If you chose to stay here, try and make an experience of it - there is a beautiful wooded garden, linger there after breakfast. You'll get the most out of it that way.

Small, but extremely cosy place! There is a kitchen and even a terrace, and a lot of plants in the common areas. Also not far from the city centre. I reached the place from the main railway station, which was a 20 minutes walk trough the city centre of Padova.
