Easy check in and communications, a big nice property, super safe, really pet friendly, with parking inside, great rooms (we've had the ground floor unit) nicely clean and cozy, and a really nice breakfast buffet. We've also had dinner on the restaurant right beside it (pretty comfortable as it is inside the same area with another administrators - a great dinner)

Our room was perfect, just what we needed for 3 nights. Very comfortable beds & spotless. The location is really the best & and close to everything. Massimo was outstanding. His attention to detail was next level. His recommendations for local restaurants & things to do was brilliant and he made us feel at home. We drove there & he arranged a disk for us to display in the car so we could park in the town. Thank you Massimo, we will definitely come and stay with you again when we are in Modena

We choose this B&B because the close distance to both Modena as Maranello as we were visiting the Ferrari and Lamborghini museums. The owner was very nice and helpfull. Very clean room. Comfiest bed ever in a B&B or hotel.

the way of unlocking the room, when you can leave and come completely by yourself, regardless of the accommodation staff. The shared kitchen was lovely, well furnished (ideal for short term use). The beds were comfortable. we got an extra bed in the form of a cot. the bathroom was large with a shower. Beautiful balcony.
