Host is amazing. Welcomed us late, guided us throughout the property and room. Cleanest room I have ever been in, plus it's pretty big. Shower too was very neat. All designed aesthetically. Just a 15 minutes bus ride from Venezia!

Everything was satisfying: 1. The room and the private bathroom were clean. 2. The kitchen was fully equiped (Refrigrator, Microwave, dishes and ...) 3. The balcony was clean and suitable for dining of 4 or 6 people. 4. The neighborhood was safe and near to the maestre station 4 min by walk (only 10 min by train to venice)

The host was very accomodating. Provided with early checkin, provided a map with his personel suggestions and recommendations. Made delicious breakfast to our preference. Nice balcony, nice yard to chill and the whole property had an Italian charm to it. Really enjoyed and totally recommend it. Nice location with perfect public transport connections to venice.

The stay was delightful. It's a room and bathroom in a family's house. The room is quite large and spacious, airy, very well organized, and clean. The bathroom is also very spacious, tidy, and clean. Everything is new and comfortable. They prepared everything very well and with love. The reception is wonderful and cozy; they made coffee for me every day, helped me with everything, and even though they didn't speak English, they made an effort to understand me and help me. The neighborhood is peaceful, and the bus stop is right across the street, making it easy to get anywhere. I truly felt very welcomed and want to come back!
