It is modern and clean, unlike other hotels that I have seen online. The host, Petra was so welcoming, warm and helpful. Location wise is also great for beach lovers (steps away to the beach). Close enough to the center of Lido but also has the calm and quietness that we need. It is located in a safe residential area and the building itself is also very secure (your elevator key can only access to your floor and each floor has only one room). Breakfast is at a nearby pastry shop which is amazing (I am on diet but couldn’t resist to have 3 apple rolls for breakfast!). Petra pays a lot of attention to detail and gave us some really good recommendations of nearby restaurants. She even sent us the boat schedule so that we don’t miss our flight back. Can’t thank her enough of her hospitality ❤️ This is a place you would want to keep coming back.

It was a walking distance from the beach and the centre of Lido. Our host, Federica was nice and careful. Free coffee and some refreshments in the fridge have been waiting for us. We asked to change bed linen and towels once. It was a great surprise that we received not only fresh bed linen and towels but some presents (snacks, refreshments etc.) as well. Hospitality at its top.

You won't find anything better comparing the price-to-value and location (5 min. walking to the free public beach, supermarkets, restaurants, and more). It was always great to come back after a full day of sightseeing in crowded Venice to the tranquil and green Lido island (it takes 10-15 min with Vaporetto). The hosts (Paulo and Ute) are wonderful and as guests, we've felt really welcomed. We do recommend the boat trip they have on offer if you want to see and hear Venice's more and less known.

It is with great pleasure that I give the excellent assessment of my stay at the hotel. The location, the building, the rooms, the furniture, the comfort of the mattresses and pillows, all this exceeded my previous expectations. Warm, cozy, clean. Our welcome, despite our delay, was perfect. Hospitality and a desire to feel good. I also recommend the food at the Cucina restaurant, which is in the immediate vicinity. On-site pizzas, rice with vegetables - amazing.

The location was good, it was only a few minutes away from the main station in Lido and about 30 minutes total (via ACTV public transportation) away from St Marks Square (depending on the route and time of day)

The location is so close to the attractions and at at same time far from tourists crowds. The host is so friendly and ready to help with anything. The apartment makes you feel as if you actually lived in Venice, it’s very clean, equipped with everything you need for a comfy and relaxing break in beautiful Venice

As a booking.com - Genius Level 3, I always try to give detailed feedback. The apartment is good and value for money. It is also very close to some major attraction locations in Venice. The host Domi was an excellent person although we did not meet her in person but she took the time to guide us via text on how to locate the property with ease. The apartment was clean and fresh and fit for purpose for us as a family, with 4 children. The host always responds within minutes to any query. We stayed for 8 nights and loved it and we shall use it again in future, if available during our next visit to Venice.
