Great location. Host easily contacted by whatsapp - very attentive and helpful. Check in was very easy - host provided a video which made it virtually foolproof. Parking nearby 26€ per day (secure underground and easy to find) Rooms very tastefully decorated and its clear a lot of effort has been made

Our stay at b&b Marconi 49 was really great! Its handy location between the station and the historical center makes it ideal for travelers. The rooms were very nice, new and spotlessly clean. Wonderful! Nella was always ready to help with our every need, even the smallest problem got fixed right away. Thank you! Also a lot of thanks to the people of the bar at the ground floor where breakfast is served, they were really friendly and generous! In short, would definitely recommend!

Perfect base for exploring Bologna. Very clean and comfortable, brilliant shower and lovely toiletries. The area was lovely and felt very safe - a lovely spot to explore. The host was fantastic, good, clear communication and very happy to help. A communal kitchen was a great addition too! Highly recommend if you’re looking for a place to stay in Bologna.

Really polite owners, great and clean place! Very close to bus stations that can take you both to piazza maggiore and bologna centrale easily! Overall an exceptional and economic room! It had everything we needed and the owners were very helpful ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

One of the greatest stays ever. Francesco is the kindest person who will make sure your don't miss out on anything. Drinks and snacks for free, a big clean room and bathroom, comfortable beds with two kinds of pillows, a good working AC, sound blocking windows, good recommendation for a good time in bologna. Even tough the bathroom is across the small hallway , its your private bathroom with an extra key. No issue at all.

Giovanni was a great host, so kind and helpful. Everything we could need was considered. The room was spotless clean and comfortable, the location was very central ve convenient, walking distance to central train station. Giovanni gave us very useful tips about the city and made our stay way better than we expected. Definitely recommended.

the room was spacious and very clean and comfortable with a small space for a fridge and coffee machine. Maria and Nino were the best hosts, being so generous and nice and making sure we have all we needed. Very good location - close to everything but nice and quiet.
