Easy check-in and check-out. The bed is so comfortable and all are so clean. The towels and linen had a good smell.

Stayed here with my husband's four siblings and spouses. The rooms are lovely, some larger with jacuzzi some smaller. Had a great time at the outdoor bar across the parking area and the bistro across the main street. The hotel is self check-in, no front desk concierge. We did meet the staff in the morning and they were very friendly. The signage is minimal. The hotel entrance is on the first floor of what appears to be an apartment building

My room was spacious, comfy, and super clean. Very quiet and peaceful place with a nice sitting area under some trees in the backyard. The guesthouse is in a great location; just across the street from the main bus station and two really nice supermarkets. Main tourist area is an easy 20 minute walk away, but there are local buses nearby if you don't want to walk. Renata is a super sweet host! Very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!

Location very central and convenient. Although the street / property was a little hard to find, the team were very responsive and quick to meet. The room is on the slightly smaller side however perfectly set up, beautiful aesthetic and all you really need if you plan to go out and about and explore Zadar.

The owners of the facility were very nice, we were in constant contact when we needed something, in a crisis situation while reaching the airport they acted very kindly and helped us get there on time. The room was large and very clean with a comfortable bed and a balcony with view to the quiet surroundings. In the bathroom it was easy to fit all the necessary things. The welcome beer waiting in the fridge was a very nice gesture :) It only took a moment to get to the beach, the shop where you can buy the most necessary things was also close. There are also a lot of very tasty restaurants in the area, and if you want to go further without driving, there are also two bus stops nearby. The place is very nice and we would love to go there again.

We liked everything in this place. The room was spacious and clean with a nice sea view. Everything was new and modern. And the free drinks in the Minibar was great (complimentary) too. The staff was very friendly and kind. And their Restaurant Bruscetta was phenomenal, so we ate every night there. The food was super delicious and the price is completely ok for the good quality you get. The place is super safe and great located (only walking distance to the sea organ). We will definately come back again :) Thank you for everything :)
