I felt welcome and cared for during my stay. Marija was great in every respect. Common areas were kept spotless. Cavtat is a great place for a relaxing holiday and so was Villa Schwarz. I'll be back! :-)

Feeling home. My experience being at Villa Radovic is incredibly amazing. Pero and Anita were amazing so kind and caring. The place was super super clean. And if you need any help Pero is always there to help. They change your room towel regularly. The bathroom and the room is super clean. Definitely recommend to go and stay there. You will enjoy it for sure. Only 5 min from the city center. And if you need any recommendations for the city Pero will be the amazing source. I don’t want to make this long, but believe me it worth coming to Cavtat and stay at Villa Radovic.

This modern boutique hotel is owned and operated by a very friendly family. It is located in a charming little city on the waterfront with many good restaurants. The apartment was very clean. The apartment had all appliances and necessities that we needed. The location is stunning. It is quiet and peaceful with a beautiful overview on the sea and the old town. I would say that it was by far the greatest experience we ever had. We will definitely come back!

Clean towels every few days and well equipped with kitchen essentials. Air conditioning was very effective. Mato was a great host and collected us and dropped us off at the airport which was easy.
