We couldn't ask for a better experience here. Everything was perfect for us! A secluded location where you can enjoy the mountain part of Sithonia. The guesthouse is simply gorgeous and Alam (the host) is a sweetie pie that adds extra energy to the place. ❤️

We had great time in our accomodation, view from the balcony is amazing, room is spatious and clean, and has everything you need. Garden with olives is beautiful, there is lot of parking space, owners are very nice, and they have a friendly dog. All in all very nice experience 😊

The house is amasing wooden paradise and the host are an example of Greek hospitality, perfect stay with great memories. The location is above the main road so its easy to travel around Sithonia. The place is very clean and has huge garden that we spent nights enjoying Greek music and beer. Strongly recomend staying here.

The best host we had in Greece so far! Mrs. Ioanna is simply amazing! The accomodation was best for the value, super clean and maintained during the stay. The kitchenette has everything that you need, the terrace is big enough and the bed was very comfortable. Just a minute or two walk to the city centre. Enough space - definitely coming back, because this was the most relaxing holiday we had so far in Greece. The surrounding is quiet and even that it is so close to the centre, you can't hear any noise - perfect for sleeping.

Great accommodation! Central location with plenty of parking options. The check in and check out were both fast and simple. The room was very bright and was clean. Everyone we met was friendly and kind, which made us feel at home. We would absolutely reccommend staying at this property.

The house is located in the heart of Marmaras city, right next to a small square with lots of restaurants and the local market and amenities. The room was very clean and exactly as shown in the photos. The hosts are very nice people and always up for a chat to make you feel welcome and give you information about options in the city or nearby beaches to visit. The house is also very close to the city's primary school which works as a public parking lot for the summer months, so no need to search for a parking space around. Highly recommended accommodation for anyone planning to spend time at Marmaras and the surrounding areas.

Everything was great, it was pretty easy to find the apartment, the host waited for us and was very helpful with everything we needed. The apartment is clean, very spacious with an amazing view, and located 5min walk from the beach and 5 min walk from the main city area with lots of shops and restaurants. Also, there is free parking around the area.
