The apartment looks very nice, the forniture and all the details make you feel like you're in a special place. There are a very nice view and a pleasant environment , a friendly cat also. Stavi is a very caring host and he gave us a lot of suggestions on what to do in the area. Too bad we only stayed for one night.

The hosts are kindly and ready to assist you with all your needs and answer all your questions, the rooms were clean, and they were changing our sheets and cleaning our rooms on a daily base. The rooms are bright and big enough. The food they are preparing is also very tasteful. You are away from the closest beach and supermarket only 5 minutes walking. Baja beach is also 10 minutes walk and the promenade on the beach is 10 minutes which is the path you can choose to go to the Old Town or to take a public bus which is 1 euro ticket cost in one way. Thank you, Elena and all your family for the beautiful days and experience. Across the street from the Athina, is the best Taverna in the Rethymno town called Zisis Taverna and it is important to be known.

Nice feeling to the room with windows on two sides giving a lovely bright feel to the space. Great bathroom and generally felt really spacious. The staff were really nice and ready to help with any requests, they also run the restaurant below which is perfect for a quick meal. Great location overlooking the sea yet only a very short walk to the centre. Easy parking nearby and possible to drive to the door for unloading. Good option for a short or long stay
