Garden. Hands down. We were speachless when we walked the garden. Amazing work by the owners. So amazing garden architecture you might only find in Japan mountains. Also we loved the near beaches of Xerokampos area and the tasty food of the tavernas at Kato Zakros, And the shop at Zakros village is well supplied with local products. The bed in the studio fitted my body and we had a comfortable sleep.

Quiet, great views, plenty of outside chairs and tables from which to read and take in the views. Also a nice little walk down to the beach / taverna area. We loved the coastal walks and two variations of the Gorge of the Dead just adjacent. Supermarket up the hill in Zakros.

The balcony was great for relaxing in full view of the sea and a thanks to the unfailing breeze it was very nice even on hot summer days. Very quiet, every apt has its own space and the whole place is well mai tained and beautiful. A great place for relaxation and the beach was not crowded at all. Quite with the most amazing stars at night (no light pollution) and hummock amongst the trees to have your feet up in.
