New, clean and comfortable. Close to the town centre. Nino was an excellent host! Easy communication with excellent English before my arrival as she strived to provide the right room for my preferences. And very kind during my stay.

Wonderful host and the room we had on the top floor had an amazing view. Easy to walk to the center with shops and restaurant. We forgot something and the host aranged so we got it back before leaving Georgia.

Our stay was amazing: located on a quiet street not too far from the main road, nice clean rooms, comfy beds, all hygiene amenities included, huge kitchen and a big green yard. Though we weren't too lucky with the weather, but views form the guest house still were stunning. Host is also very great and easygoing, stayed in touch and helped us wit a transfer. Highly recommend this place.

Very friendly host. Great balcony with supplied blankets for those cold mornings looking at the mountain. Quick walk to the main village. Quiet location. Friendly cat.

Great place to stay in Kazbegi! Absolutely lovely and helpful host! tasty breakfasts, coffee and tea available for guest all around the clock in an open space, with a stunning view of the mountains! You will find there a space to chill and work if needed! Highly recommended:)
