The reality is not different from the pictures and the description. The host is fantastic - very friendly and experienced - also available for a chat or a travel advice (if he is not busy making fresh coffee or preparing the perfect poached egg as part of the fantastic breakfast this place offers). I would gladly stay here again!

The bathroom has a very good shower and all was clean and in good order. Internet was fast and easy. Great location. The guest house is on a quiet road but its very easy to get to the city centre - just a 5 minutes walk to shops, bars and restaurants. The co-op supermarket is in easy distance for snacks etc. The hostess is very charming, and although there was some confusion about the booking it was sorted out easily and gracefully.

Malcom and Maggie were absolutely brilliant; friendly and welcoming. The guest house is only 5 minutes walk from the city centre, yet it’s in a quiet street so you will get a goodnight sleep. Maggie’s makes a Michelin star breakfast to set you for the day. They are both great hosts and went above and beyond so that I enjoyed my time Inverness. I would definitely stay here again.
