Our best hotel experience of all hotels at the South coast of the UK! We had an amazing stay in this hotel and what a great hosts are Rich and Katie, no effort has been spared to make us feel like at home here. The room was cozy and beautiful furniture and the view was stunning. It was beautiful to sit on the balcony and see the ocean. We had a wonderful breakfast in the morning, down in the lobby and the homemade cakes were the best we've ever tasted. It were all kind of nice things that made our stay at sea view all the more perfect. We can highly recommend this hotel, in fact this was our best experience in all hotels that we've seen at the south coast of England. Cooked breakfast fantastic as was evening meal. Staff fantastic and friendly. Quiet room and quiet location. Some parking on site, but plenty available on the streets behind pub. Comfortable bed and pillows. Good wifi.

Our room was very pleasant and the food was great (we had the full English breakfast and Sunday roast). The bathroom was very large with good storage and plenty of heating. Staff were very friendly and it was nice to stay at a family-run business that locals also enjoy visiting. The pub atmosphere felt relaxed and welcoming. It was great being located close to the start of the Seven Sister's cliff walk. The bus stop was close by and we caught the bus to the Seven Sisters Country Park and walked back to Eastbourne along the cliffs. The parking lot was also very convenient as we had driven down from London. The Pilot Inn made our stay in Eastbourne very enjoyable.
