Awarded 4 stars by one of Britain's most prestigious travel guides, Maison Dieu Guest House is set close to Dover’s White Cliffs and 5 minutes’ drive from Dover's Ferry and Cruise Ship Terminal. It offers award-winning rooms with free Wi-Fi and has free parking available.

My brother and I came to Dover for the weekend in order to visit the famous White Cliffs, and we spent a night at Maison Dieu Guesthouse. We chose this particular guesthouse for its high ratings. Upon arrival, the hosts were very friendly and kindly offered us a cup of tea with biscuits. The room itself had all the amenities we needed, and a table with a kettle and tea/coffee. The heating inside our room worked very well. We had our private bathroom on the same floor, and everything was clean and nicely organised.

Perfect location, quiet and clean hotel. Easy to park. John, the Concierge, is who really makes the difference among other hotels. He was so helpful and gave us the best advices to visit Dover. There were many places to visit, some of them we missed because we were just one day in Dover, so we'll come back at some point and for sure we'll choose again St Martins Guest House.

First of all the pictures do the house no justice the house looks much better in person It also has 2 clean outstanding bathrooms I have stayed in 5 different air bnbs and I can clearly say that this is the best one that I have stayed in so far you can tell that host has gone out there way to accommodate the guest If the owner is reading this I would recommend him to update the pictures as the house looks much better in person. Customer service was good and they were responsive to my request.

This beautiful guesthouse is located right beside the train station, and within 5 to 10 minutes walk to the city center. My room was cosy and nice decorated! Everything was clean and all amenities were in a perfect working condition. There is a self check in which enables you to arrive and leave when you like. The hosts provide you with all the necessary details upon your arrival.

The guesthouse has a good location. It is near the city center and just a short drive to the White Cliffs of Dover (which is the main attraction of the town). Though right beside the road, once the window is closed it is fairly quiet inside the room. I was quite surprised. Users should be able to sleep well once the windows are closed.

A very nice and cosy guesthouse with a very good, gentle and nice host. He had all kinds of interessting stories to tell about Dover and its history. The room itself was decotated as a classic English room with almost vintage furniture. Nevertheless everything was very clean and the room had a fresh smell. The place was directly near the city centre but also very quiet.

Excellent location, opposite the train station but incredibly quiet. The room was very spacious and the hosts were absolutely wonderful and welcoming. 10/10 breakfast and just a 10 min walk to the city centre. For a one night stay it was a lovely stay and if we find ourselves in Dover again we won’t think twice on where to stay ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
