I loved my stay at Ashfield. My partner and I loved the room. The big windows, the view from the windows, the king bed, the cosy bathroom, the delicious breakfast, the friendly owners... Wow! What a great place to stay! My partner and I booked this for a weekend to attend our friends' wedding. We enjoyed the place so much. We loved waking up to a delicious Full English for breakfast with fresh coffee and juice. There's a little park outside the property, and the main attractions of Douglas are just a 10-min walk. The staff were so lovely... we had a great time! Highly recommend it! Also, they had these mints at the entrance.. uff I became obsessed!

La localización, en plena calle Broadway, muy céntrico pero también muy silencioso. A 5 minutos caminando de la calle de las tiendas, a 1 minuto del mar y a 15 minutos de la salida de las motos TT. La decoración típica inglesa que parece salida de un cuento. Limpio y el personal muy agradable y siempre dispuesto a ayudar. La cama y la almohada eran muy cómodas. El desayuno incluido es espectacular, opciones dulces y saladas a mayores de las tostadas, yogures, leche y cereales que ponen al principio. Un acierto! Volveremos segurísimo

ABSOLUTELY OUTSTANDING Where do you begin . The house is magnificent , the decor elegant , food was sensational , price was very reasonable but the real gem here is the host . Margaret goes above and beyond in every aspect of her role as a host , the attention to detail in every aspect from breakfast on thru to the daily linen and cleanliness is second to none . When we return to the Isle we won’t stay anywhere else . In 16 years traveling over 70 countries we have never given a 10 accept now . Congratulations Margaret and THANK YOU you made our stay on the island just what it should be “ PERFECT “

Megan, and Patrick, are the friendliest hosts I have ever had. The Guesthouse is a beautiful late 1800s inn, and everything is spotless. Most of the guests have been going to this property for many years, and it's easy to understand why. The inn is also close to everything. I had a wonderful 14 days at this property. 10/10

Breakfast was amazing. Location great.Very clean. Nice staff. Only problem I was very cold .Coming from a hot climate. 14c at night was freezing. But the heaters don't go on till later. I did get an extra blanket.

Localización al lado del paseo marítimo y de varias paradas de transporte público (tampoco es que sea muy grande la ciudad). Me alojé en una habitación individual de tamaño aceptable, con una cama individual,perchero, mesa, taburete y lavamanos. El desayuno no estaba mal, pero si eres de buen comer, te quedarás con hambre. La habitación bastante limpia, así como los baños compartidos. Los otros huéspedes he de decir que fueron bastante considerados en ese aspecto.
