Incredibly comfortable room with a great location. Easy to get to, close to the metro as well as restaurants and tapas spots. The woman at reception was very nice and gave us some tea upon request. They also replenish the coffee every morning when they clean the room. Nice touch!

The hotel is pretty well situated since you're in the city center and you're able to get to Bilbao Abando Station by walking in about 10-15 mins. The Hotel was always clean and the staff friendly.

This was a very good stay just across the river from the Bilbao Guggenheim, a 5-10 min walk. An early check-in was accommodated and the place very clean and tidy. The property had pin-pad entry which was convenient if we wanted to do separate things. The host was very responsive.

Location is perfect for old town. The communication with staff both before and during our stay was easy and always helpful. Having the facility to leave luggage at the sister property just around the coroner was a great advantage.
