The location is great! The hotel is at the entrance of the famous street, Drosselgasse, so it was very convenient to walk around the town. Also, the staff was very kind and nice! Our room was mountain side unfortunately, but if you get a riverside one, you must have a splendid view!

The location was excellent. Our hosts were friendly and helpful. The room had an old world charm about it as did the breakfast room. The breakfast was generous and tasty. The view of the river and castle was excellent. Our only regret was we couldn’t stay longer.

The apartment was spotless and had a little fridge and sink although we did no cooking there. Hosts were very kind, when I broke my foot on the second day they immediately brought me a pair of crutches to use until I could see the doctor. We had a room looking out over the Rhine which was wonderful. The food and wine in the bar and restaurant were wonderful too. The patron is charming and attentive with a lovely sense of humour. You can catch a boat for trips on the Rhine practically outside - we had a lovely stay and if we are ever in the area again, will be back.
