Very clean. Modern and very well located. Easy for the shops only a 10 min walk into the high street. Very quiet at night. Peaceful.

My stay in Berger Hotel was good, I would point out the staff’s kindness and readinness to help. The Hotel is located in a very intimate neigbourhood surrounded by other villas. I would also recommen their breakfast with many delicious options and extra fast and nice service.

The place is absolutely in the center of the Altstadt, we had the view on the Marktplace and the Church, and like 10 minutes walk to the Castle. The manager upgraded our room and was so nice, we had a couple of question and all of them were answered very clearly and fast. I can only recommend.

Very nice hostel, great pub with good beer and food. The hostel is located central to old Heidelberg and is in walking distance from many good restaurants and scenic sites.

Staff was very friendly and helpful, location was close to grocery store and bus stop. Room was clean and comfortable, ice box and coffee. Communication was good.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about the amazing staff. I appreciated how they remembered myself, my family and friends each time we enjoyed the accommodations. As for the food, not once was I disappointed with the quality or quantity. I also appreciated the 10% discount when frequenting the restaurant/pub.

what a relief this place is in times of all these expensive hotels! The room just had all you need, you share a kitchen and the bathroom with someone who lives there but Christian is a kind guy and you have all the privacy you need. The location is perfect next to the castle and you don't see it on the pictures but the place has a very cozy terrace where you can drink and eat. It is 10 minutes walking to the city center and if you take the stairs downstairs next to the castle you have a pleasant walk to get there.

We were in Dossenheim for my daughter's wedding, and the staff bent over backwards to be helpful with, for example, an ironing board and iron, and other support.
