He explained everything about the city, gave us tips of what to do and, the best part, gave us welcome drink, to chose between 10 types of bear, or wine or champagne. The room is incredibly clean, super well located, with parking included. I highly recommend.

The host was very friendly and helpful, breakfast was excellent. There is a small kitchenette next to the room, with free coffee, tea and cake. The location is out of the lovely town of Fussen, just a couple of minutes drive, and near a lovely lake with beautiful scenery.
