The house was very clean and well-decorated. The facilities were great and it is also near Pie IX subway station. Jean-Pierre was also very kind and helped us carry our luggages up and down the stairs.

Everything was absolutely perfect. Arrival/entering the room worked without any problems. I could also leave my luggage there the next day. The closest metro stop is just a two minute walk away, so you will still get anywhere quickly!

The room was cozy. The bed was very comfortable. We liked the view of St. Paul Street. It had a nice European ambience. Climate control worked nicely. Vincent called a week earlier for any questions or special requests. We then met him at Check-in which was comforting. Magalie and Marie at the front desk were extremely helpful and always willing to answer our questions. They gave great suggestions. See Loik (with Umlaut over the letter “I”. Pronounced Lou eek) at the pub. He’ll set you up with great drinks and conversation.

This place was really conveniently located. We were able to walk to the train station to head out to Quebec City, and walk to pretty much every restaurant we wanted to try. We really appreciated how walkable the location was! The coffee shop was very nice, and the check in and check out process were a breeze. Overall a great, simple place to stay that was reasonably priced and offered great value.

It may be a small thing, but when I entered the room, there was a candy, and I was happy that I could feel the care. When I had a question or chatted with him, he responded quickly. Very good value for the price!
