The guest house was very lovely and exceptionally clean. The room was a generous size, with a balcony and modern bathroom. The bed was very comfortable too. Heidi and her lovely father were very friendly and caring and made us feel very welcome. And the breakfast was very tasty! Extraordinary nice staff, very clean premises, excellent breakfast and with everything you need to spend a week snowboarding in Zillertal area. We had a car so everyday we were driving to lifts about 50 min.. no problem.

There was no reception, but still we had no issues getting the keys and into our rooms.The rooms were clean, comfortable and a balcony, which was a pleasant change. The toilets and bathrooms we're also clean.

Pension Unterhof has the best facilities and warmest staff. My kids loved the indoor swimming pool, the snow sledding ramp beside the hotel, play area, and we all loved their food in their restaurant. Staff are very respectful and always smiling. The location is superb, mountain ranges surround you, it’s magical.

Heaven on earth. Not a single thing I would change about this property - our stay was exceptional and Andrea and Manuela are the kindest and most accommodating hosts. Perfect for kids, there is no shortage of things to do. Beds extremely comfortable which I find rare in Europe. Perfect location being close enough to Innsbruck but still tucked away in a quaint little village. Breakfast buffet had a large selection for everybody and was always fresh, restaurant at night had great food as well. We also had the most amazing view of the mountains from our balcony! It was hard to leave but we will definitely be back.
