Hubert and Heidi were friendly and went above and beyond our expectations. When I arrived I explained I had lost my wallet on the bus journey there. They were very understanding and phoned a friend from the village, who worked for the bus company. The wallet was later found and returned to the Salzburg office, the friend collected it for me and dropped it off at B&B Simmer at midnight (the end of her shift). Hubert stayed up specially and returned the wallet to me at breakfast (all intact). Such acts of kindness made our holiday extra memorable. Thank you all so much.

Mike was an excellent host with good advice on activities.The rooms are basic with everything you need and breakfast was excellent.

Although the property and the location were amazing, what I liked the most was the hospitality of Mr. Hepi. He has been a wonderful host throughout our stay at Haus Hepi :)

It’s near the train station, grocery and bakery. The place is very clean and Nina was very helpful and accommodating. One of our rooms has an awesome view of the mountains. Such a beautiful place.

Really cool host. Gorgeous views. Glad I stayed here. Hallstatt is so close, but it’s nice to be just outside the super touristy part.

When we arrived, it was the off season. Most restaurants, shops, and hotels were closed. However, we were upgraded to a stay at Dormio Resort Obertraun and it was beautiful. Right by the lake. The food was also delicious and the staff helpful and friendly.

The most amazing thing about this place is that there’s a splendid waterfront garden where you can have breakfast or take a swim in the lake. Very friendly stuff and lovely rooms.

Majatalon emäntä oli kerrassaan ihastuttava ja huone vuori/järvinäköaloineen mykistävä. Ei ylellisessä mielessä, mutta tunnelmaltaan ja ympäristön mukaisuudellaan.
