Everything was perfect, the miracle of that beautiful place will remain in our minds for a long time. The hospitality of the lady of the house was always great, simple and hardworking people. The room was very clean and fresh air everywhere. The view in front of a river inside in the courtyard of the house it was beautiful. Breakfast organic and abundant. Grandfather Ilo gave us fruit from his garden and wine he made himself. Amazing place!

The property is a short walk from the beachfront, but not too close that the sounds of the beachfront disrupt the peace in the room. Additionally, the fact that the property is family owned made our stay feel even more comfortable because they treated us with great care.

We have been at Prima Guesthouse for a hard party weekend. We traveled with our 3-years-old daughter, and the apartment was really a nice place to chill a bit. Communication with the host has been great: he provided nice tips for our stay, and he helped with our luggage as well... super-kind! The apartment has plenty of room; it is very clean, well furbished, with plenty of natural light, and a lot of equipment as well. The view from the window is definitely a pro, especially when waking up in the morning Last, the apartment is few minutes walking far from the lake; shops and coffee are just 1 minute away. We will definitely consider it again for the next hard party in Pogradec!

An easily found house, in the center of the city. Very very clean, everything new from the furniture, kitchen, bathroom. Very modern apartment with a fantastic price. I will recommend it to everyone. Don't think too long!
