The Villa Garden is, by far, the cleanest accommodation we have ever experienced. The owners are wonderful hosts who go out of their way for guests. Breakfast was excellent and varied each day we stayed. Our hosts were knowledgeable and very helpful. We highly recommend this accommodation and would love to come back for another visit.

Ardit is the perfect host, a wonderful person, with the typical albanian hospitality and kindness. The place is fantastic, one of the few typical houses and traditional families, they make wine, bread, everything delicious and the views are amazing. Ardit helped us late in the night when we arrived to get some dinner, parking, everything! It’s a pity we had to continue traveling and we could stay only one day in Berat, it’s a beautiful place!

Spacious two bedroom apartment set on the hillside with lovely sunny outdoor balconies overlooking the river below. The living area was open plan and the main bedroom came with an ensuite and curtained shower. The kitchen comes with a stove top and small fridge. The cooking equipment was very suitable for a couple. The rooms in winter are heated by reverse cycle air. The property comes with two internal car spaces accessed by a narrow road which is very typical for Berat. The apartment we were allocated was accessed by several flights of stairs. The owner sent us amazingly informative readings on Berat, surrounding area and where to eat and buy food. Also supplied was a detailed map on how to find the property. The owner was extremely attentive to our needs. This property was great value for money and would happily return again.

The most friendly host ever! A little bit English, Albanian and Italian and more smiles and kindness;) Host at the top of the mountain and it's hard... But near the castle ☺️ Breakfast is delicious and large with local food. Thank you from Estonia!
