Beautifully landscaped and modern, comfortable furnishings. Each casita has big sliding glass doors onto their own private patio with views across to the island of Pico. Also the breakfast included amazing homemade breads, jams, yogurt, and juices and eggs from their own fruit trees and chickens - not to mention freshly made waffles - so delicious! The staff were so kind and helpful, and it was only a 6-minute walk into the little town where there were a couple restaurants and a small grocery store. We can’t wait to return!

This is a really amazing place and we wish we could have stayed longer! Our bungalow had a beautiful sea view and you could see Pico from it; the terrace is a great place to sit and have a coffee while enjoying the nature. The bungalow has everything you needed to stay for weeks. Many thanks to the owner (Filipe) who was extremely helpful and gave us great tips on what to see, do, and where to eat. If we are back in São Jorge, we will definitely choose to stay there!

We rented 2 houses for 10 people, but they were not close to each other. The owner very kindly noticed our problem and offered us two smaller houses instead of one bigger, so we were then close enough.
