Dating back to 1886, this countryside property offers apartments with free Wi-Fi and a well-equipped kitchen. We very much recommend Lille Degnbøl for a stay. This was our second stay with them before taking the ferry to Norway the next morning. The apartment was great for a stay with our 1 year old. All was clean and the owners are very kind. Bonus: we could pick fresh eggs from the henhouse in the morning!

It's an old style danish house in the middle of the wood, with beautiful surroundings and easy to find. Kitchen was very well equipped. Possibility of horse-riding in the same house.

This stay was in the fixed maisonnette units rather than the glamping. A great rural location, very quiet and the unit has sight of both farm animals and open country views. The property has spacious off-road parking and was perfect as a chill location before catching the Iceland ferry. The hosts were very genial and spoke good English. The flexible cafe operation on site was convenient and we enjoyed the extensive range of ice cream. The washing machine and dryer were welcome midway through a long trip. It was only around a ten minute drive into the nearby town for groceries. Definitely a location we may use again !
