The property is located in the heart of Val d’Orcia, a UNESCO World Heritage location. And it is easy to see why. The wild beauty of the expansive Tuscan hills, the beautiful farm houses and winding roads is simply breathtaking. Our room was in one of the two villas and the scenery outside our villa was equally breathtaking. The owners - Guanluca and Selene - treated us as more than customers, and took personal interest in making our stay memorable. We had elected not to hire a car and instead depend upon taxi transport, and it proved a wise choice for us. Gianluca and Selene arranged for and indeed drove us on our trips to the neighboring towns of Montepulciano and San Gimignano. They ensured someone picked us up from our room to the restaurant everyday, as it was 600 m away through rolling hills that was a difficult walk. They even turned out a special menu for us at their restaurant on our last dinner. All in all, our stay was memorable, and we would definitely like to come back again.

This was one of the best places we’ve stayed - ever. Highly recommend. From the beautiful luxury estate, delicious meals to the quality shower gels/shampoos, everything was incredibly thought out and perfect. Location is beautiful and perfect as well. It’s also so sweet how the owner of the estate would regularly check in with us at meals, etc. the reception staff also speak great English which is helpful. And the room service was so amazing as well. Highly satisfied and would 10000% recommend this place to our friends.

Location in beautiful Tuscany vinyard with a local fox visitor nightly. The rooms were well air conditioned. The pool was amazing with friendly guests. The dinners were 5 star and the chef was incredible.

Property is very close to highway and in the same time on isolated huge property, centrally located to main points of interest for visit of this part of Tuscany. Peaceful and scenic stay to recommend. We will be back for sure.

We absolutely loved our stay here. Giovanni and his family are very welcoming and have made the place feel like a Tuscan home. The farm produces olives (for oil) and grapes (for wine) and we were able to enjoy both while there. There are also a few animals, which Giovanni showed to our daughter and helped her to pat and hold. We used the Italian style BBQ and cooked most nights, sitting outside looking over the valley below. The pool has views over to the next town and the kids play area is safe and feels like being at home. Cetona is only 5mins away and has amazing restaurants. It's easy to walk, jog, do exercise from here and then relax, swim and eat all day. The place has a loving, family feel and I can't recommend it high enough.
