There is a private entrance at the aparthotel for the convenience of those who stay. Each room comes with a balcony with sea views and free WiFi. Amazing hotel with amazing views, the staff are amazing. I’ve never met staff at a hotel as friendly as them. Recommend this to anyone. Staff helped us with anything we needed, even booking into restaurants.

The hotel has a fitness centre, room service and free WiFi throughout the property. amazing staff, the room looked really good. you can specify what you want for breakfast every day and it being served on the balcony is awesome. the cleaning service did a great job and our room was clean every day. it is located in the heart of the island which is a great plus since you can get anywhere you like pretty fast. also, it is in a quite area which stands out since the island is pretty crowded. you need to use transportation every time you want to go to the main cities but santorini has a pretty good transporation system and you can ask the staff to reserve one for you.

I have just come back from a 3 night stay at Pnoe Suites and my time there was so amazing I do not know where to start. Think about a time you have had really good customer service, then think about a time you have had amazing customer service, if you multiply that by 10 and add 100 you then get the level of service provided by Fanouria, who is the owner and manager of the hotel :) I went to Santorini in August for a special occasion, it was the first time I would be spending my partner's birthday with him. So the hotel had to be perfect. Santorini has very many beautiful hotels, choosing one was hard, I narrowed it down to 5 and then began to send messages. I sent the same message to Pnoe as I did the other hotels and before I closed my PC on a Sunday evening I had a ping.. The owners had replied, this sealed the deal for me and the choice was made. From there it was a 1:1 service all the way up until we landed. When we arrived a card was placed in the room wishing my partner a very happy birthday weekend. Nothing and I mean absolutely nothing was too much trouble for Fanouria, she helped me arrange a private dinner on the terrace of the hotel, a private car driven tour, balloons and a floating breakfast on his actual birthday. She printed my personalised menus so they would be on the table for dinner and overall acted like a personal VIP service for my entire trip there. Had I not seen the other 5 suites myself, it would be so hard to believe she had any other guests AND a young family as she was just so dedicated to us. The room itself is beautiful beyond words, the pictures do not do it justice, there are so many small details missed that you have to see yourself to experience. My biggest conflict was giving up the cave feel I originally wanted, which I believe captures Santorini, when you actually get to the room you will not find a single sharp corner anywhere!

With mountain views, this accommodation features a balcony. Featuring family rooms, this property also provides guests with a sun terrace. Saying that Miss Kalliopi spoiled us is extremely reductive. Everything we needed or wanted to know about required not more than 5 minutes to be sorted out, INCLUDING car rental and boat trips. Every morrning Kalliopi would bring us freshly cooked food, and the quality perfectly respected the whole complex of this host. Rooms and pools were cleaned regularly every day. Coffee and breakfast were supplied along with freshly cooked food. The networking abilities of the host, Kalliopi, made the trip even more simple. Although the surroundings were a bit noisy, the whole experience was an absolute masterpiece! Thank you Kalliopi for treating us with silk gloves! 10/10 :D

Artemis an Coskun have been lovely hosts, providing a lot of information about the island. However, the best thing was the breakfast which has been freshly prepared every day and served to the room. Artemis is an outstanding chef.
