the hotel exceeded my expectations in terms of staff, customer service and ammenities. the personal care and Professionalism of the staff did not go unnoticed. I will return to Menorca and rebook my stay here.

I liked everything. Very child friendly hotel. They had plastic plates and bowls for kids in the restaurant. That was a lovely touch. Very clean, very friendly staff, lovely food with different selection each evening and there was constant entertainment throughout the day and evening. Our room was quite close to the entertainment area in the evening. We will be definitely be going back next year.
Very good option for families with children. The apartments are great, everything is for kids (the apartment has a small bathroom with a children's toilet bowl, a children's basin, etc.). The pools are great. Location is also very good, with direct access to the beach
The hotel complex is spacious and clean. The staff are friendly and helpful. It was great for the children without it being too busy and overwhelming with children’s activities. There is a kids club where they can do arts and crafts from 3pm and a very small mini disco. It was a lovely holiday for our family of 4 with children aged 7 and 1.
Apartment was new, clean, comfortable and had all the amenities we needed as a family with young kids. Cot and high chair provided, air con in every room, lovely big walk in shower
Perfect for family of 5 with small children. Location is absolutely brilliant, 10 min walk to Galdana beach and 20min to Mitjana. Beds were comfy and loads of storage space in the room. Very well equipped kitchen. Pool area and outdoor seating is great. We used the BBQ one night which worked well. Great off-road parking which is a must for Galdana.

Nice apartments, Lovely communal areas, great big pool ( which allows inflatables) and total separate pool for toddlers , choices of restaurants, Very clean, lots of events including at the kids club and very helpful staff . Doctor on site each day ( for a fee) which we had to use so very convenient . Fabulous for family holiday!
The property was wonderful! Perfect for family vacations, there are many child-friendly facilities such as go karts, swings…the pool was perfect and also location was on point near the beach. The three Receptionists were lovely, so friendly and willing to make your stay as pleasant as possible, very kind and helpful! Apartments were 10 out of 10, comfortable beds and kitchen well equipped for those who like to cook and stay in instead of eating out. Also with BBQ facilities!!! loved it!
It was brilliant, several pools including ones especially for smaller children. The whole resort was really family friendly and the staff in the restaurant/bar and kids evening entertainment were lovely and couldn't have done more for you. The food was top notch too. One lovely member of staff even took my postcards to post for me (on her own time) as reception didn't have any stamps at that moment in time. She got a tip ;)
