Our family of 4 adults, and 2 children aged 4 and 18 months had a wonderful week here. We were collected from the airport by a company recommended by the hosts. The spacious villa exceeded our expectations. A very big plot surrounded by lush scenery with lovely views. The pool was a good size and very clean and the children loved the swings too. The villa was bigger than we anticipated and had everything we needed with air conditioning in all rooms, comfortable beds and plenty of good quality towels. The host was very helpful and communicated really well. It was a nice personal touch to meet us on arrival and show us round the villa. A travel cot and high chair were provided as we’d requested. We walked to the beach and shops every day, and the area is very pretty. We took a short cut via many steep steps which wasn’t easy with the children but if you’re moderately fit it’s very doable and saves quite a bit of time. There are plenty of good bars and restaurants close by and the supermarket is very well stocked. We enjoyed the tourist train one day - we took the first of the day which was on time but noted that subsequent ones were very much later than expected. An excellent holiday and we hope to be back again soon.
