Everything was great. The Garden is amazing, so beautiful. The owners very nice, they helped us make a barbecue and offered sweets and homemade pie. The house has everything you could need. We also cooked there. There is also air conditioning in both bedrooms. The bed was so comfortable and nice pillows as well. Cleaning was done everyday and towels and bedding changes every two days.

Exceptional! Pozitia excelenta: 5 minute de mers pe jos pana la plaja Porto Roma, 15-20 pana la Gerakas beach, una dintre cele mai frumoase plaje din Zakynthos. Market, taverna, bar, statie de autobuz spre capitala Zakynthos toate se afla la 1 minut distanta. Camerele sunt spatioase, dotate cu frigider, plita, vesela (am gasit in camera chiar si produs pentru spalat vasele), aer conditionat si au un balcon generos cu vedere spre mare (cele de la etaj) sau la gradina (cele de la parter). Patul foarte confortabil si imens, unul dintre cele mai mari pe care le-am vazut intr-o camera de hotel. Curatenie in camera se face zilnic, lenjeria si prosoapele se schimba o data la 3 zile. Conexiune wi-fi excelenta. In luna august nu am avut nici o problema cu tantarii, dar oricum gazda, Antonios, a pregatit in camera un aparat. Si nu in ultimul rand o apreciere super pozitiva despre gazda, Antonios, vorbeste fluent mai multe limbi (engleza, italiana, germana) si este o persoana de incredere, atenta la nevoile turistilor. Cazarea a fost mult peste asteptarile mele, raportul calitate-pret fiind de departe cel mai bun. Recomand Gerani cu toata increderea!

We loved nearly everything about the Villa Joanna, especially location that is close to beautiful beaches, tavernas, supermarket and at the same time it is secluded in a quiet area, where guests can relax and sleep peacefully. Special thanks to Dennis for his care and understanding, he was super responsive to our requests, he really did his best to make us feel happy. I'd read in some other comments that towels were not changed regularly, in fact we got them changed every third day, but I am sure if we asked, they would change them even daily - that is not really necessary. We had no complaints about wifi as well, it worked very well in our room. The view from our balcony was amazing, will miss it a lot.

It is a really beautiful place with excellent personel. Very close distance to drive to Banana beach, Gerakas, and some other nice beaches in the area. We also enjoyed the swimming pool and stunning views of olive trees from bar terrace. The owner (Nana) also helped us with a car rental, and with her daughter showed us a really nice hospitality. Thanks for everything!

Everything about this place was awesome. Great spot, very close to great beaches with a lovely view of the sea. Not far there is a bus stop, but it's better to travel around the island by car anyway. Well equiped room, towels, shampoo, plates, pans, glasses, cutlery, even new sponge and dishrag - nothing to complain about. The room had a safe with a lock to keep your private things safe. Room was nicely cleaned everyday, without moving private things too much. The personel is extremely nice and helpful, an angel of a man helped us with fixing damage to a rented car. If we ever visit Zakynthos, this place will be the one we will come back to.

Locatia situata langa plaja, nisipul fin, intrarea lina si apa marii cu adancime mica, fara pietre, piscina. Totul a fost minunat, personalul foarte amabil, mancarea buna, mai ales la restaurantul de la piscina. Multumim!

Lovely calm place with great sea views. If you prefer to escape from rough touristy areas this is your place. Great for families, our 3mo daughter enjoyed the place and she was even more relaxed than at home. Mario and Kassim are very friendly people, make sure you visit their restaurant down by the sea (the one on the left since there are two restaurants) and enjoy that great food for very reasonable price (we ate in many tavernas around the island however imo this restaurant had the best taste and vibe).

Very clean room, air conditioning, friendly welcoming with wine & very beautiful location for a very good price. Room was cleaned every day while we were out. The beach is 5 min away. It's very nice and has a good beach bar/restaurant. There is also a restaurant 2 min away which is also very good. just a small nitpick - the shower was a bit small but absoluty no dealbreaker :)
