A delightful and beautifully appointed small hotel near the castle walls. The room was lovely with lots of decorative touches and the staff were very friendly and welcoming.

Stunning property. Helpful staff. Beautiful room and bathroom. Great pool area. Nice dining room with good food. Good breakfast. We were greeted with a welcome card and little treat in our room when arrived.

The rooms are excellent and well-decorated! They have everything you need! The location is excellent, its in the castle and close to the center of Ioannina. Self check in is easy too. Totally recommended!

My stay here was perfect. Giannis and Maria are wonderful and kind hosts, they ensured we have the best stay possible, they welcomed us with a homemade tsoureki (sweet bread) and were always at our disposal for anything. There was a short water outage in the whole Ioannina for a few hours and they provided us with extra water for the night without us even asking. Also, the view from the house is amazing, we truly enjoyed it! Highly recommended to stay here if you are ever in Ioannina or Amfithea.
