Hotel is situated in the centre, just few steps to Old Town. We had a spacious room with a balcony, very clean and well furnished. Seems it was renovated recently. There is also underground parking at a fair price and nice drink bar on the roof. Staff is very friendly and helpful. We were just missing doors to the bathroom (available only at toilet room). It should be no problem when travelling with family. However in other situation could be confusing.

The owner was really helpful with our early arrival into town and sent us directions to Knossos so we could visit whilst waiting for check-in. The room is exactly like the photos, clean, neat, and well presented.

Superb location, host and comfort. The accommodation location is at the centre of shopping, restaurant and coffee houses. Minutes away from the famous museum. Local Bus No. 2 takes you to the Knossos Palace (20 mins), return bus No.20 back to city centre. Bus No. 1 to airport. (15 mins). Bus ticket each way is about $1.5 euro. We arrived in the evening, host came to pick us up from airport. Apartment is spotless, located on a pedestrian only shopping street, about 5 min walk from square. We stayed 4 nights in late October.

From the outside it’s very unassuming but the actual apartment was stunning! Very well appointed and elegantly fitted out. Georgia was great to deal with and very helpful. Her recommendations for restaurants were great. Highly recommended!
