Great location In the heart of the gothic quarter! Rooms where spacious and very comfortable. Service was incredible as well. The pool bar service with Tino was amazing. Judid kept our room clean and tidy throughout the entire stay, clean service was great. And everyone at the front desk were very professional, helpful and most importantly friendly !

We have two children and I think that hotel is really family friendly, kids got lollipops almost everyday from someone :) And what is important - beds are comfortable.

It had plenty of space for our large family of four adults and four children. Joan is a friendly and helpful host who even provided us with basic groceries upon our arrival, as well as equipment for the baby. I highly recommend this place to other families.

There's also a few nice cafes and restaurants around. Checking in was very easy, contact-less and 24h (as you just get the instructions to get in any time). The staff was super-responsive, they sent someone to open the safety box and even provided a crib and high chair for our baby free of charge. There is also an elevator which was quite important for our bags and the stroller.
