Beautiful brand new apartment with all details cared for. Nice terrace. Very close to the beach. We had a lovely breakfast at Cafeteria Ibiza just around the corner (churros was the best we had in Spain). The accommodation is really good value for money!

the apt was fully equipped with everything you need. it is clean, modern and functional. a very spacious living area with a huge window opening to the outdoors. the location is perfectly located to the histórico centro.

Well equipped apt, across beach ⛱️ - great host. The apt is as shown in photos and better. Top notch a/c - ventilation system. Plenty restaurants, Tapas bars and grocery shops nearby. MariCastana 🍸 is adjacent to Apt complex and serves amazing dishes and great wines👍 👌 There's a Bus stop in front of the apt therefore quite easy to go about the city. On top of everything, on one of the four days spent there, we got to enjoy an ad-hoc live jazz evening event, hosted in the Square in apt's front where locals would bring out chairs and just sit & enjoy the great acoustics - simply delightful! Many thanks to Marie, our host( hope I've spelt it right🫣) for all the tips and hints and nonetheless, for the complementary Cava bottle, truly enjoyed it, Coke, coffee ☕️ and more than plantyfull coffee-treats, everyone savoured them. Many thanks for granted late check-out, also - YOU are very good!🙏 GREAT STAY ALTOGETHER, first time in Almeria and off to Malaga now 🖐🙏 Will defo return.

Central but quiet location. Supermarket, cafes, restaurants and tapas close by. We arrived late morning and our host arranged for us to leave our luggage at the apartment which was still being cleaned. He then met us later to hand over the keys and give us tips about the city. The apartment was modern and the two terraces made it more spacious.

It felt like you were staying with family. Our self contained apartment was on the floor above the owners, you needed to walk through her lounge to gain access. The owner couldn’t do enough for us and was even happy for our bikes to be kept in her lounge. Lots of special treats that were over and above the usual. We had to leave early and that caused no problems.

Everything was perfect in apartments ,nothing was missed .The owner, Tomas, was very kind and helpful, given as a lot of recommendations from visiting places and extra things.The apartment is placed in a very good location ,and from terassa, you can see nice views.
