Located conveniently in Hanoi, GRAND HOTEL du LAC Hanoi has air-conditioned rooms, a fitness center, free WiFi and a terrace. The property has a bar, as well as a restaurant serving Vietnamese... We had four separate check ins and all were fantastic! I would like to commend the excellent service of every member of the staff from front office porters coffee shop and housekeeping. Well located in the center of Hanoi, Flora Centre Hotel & Spa provides air-conditioned rooms, a fitness center, free WiFi and a shared lounge. Personnel was very friendly and helpful. The bed was very comfortable and there were many little extras like cotton buds. There were many options for breakfast with bread, rice, yoghurt, fresh fruit etc. The location was also amazing, close to everything but no noise from the busy streets at night. The wifi was ok.

Conveniently set in the center of Hanoi, HOTEL du LAC Hanoi provides air-conditioned rooms, a terrace, free WiFi and a restaurant. This 4-star hotel offers a bar. Was staying at this hotel for 2 nights with my gf and what an experience it was. The hotel is just opened for a year and everything looks like new! The breakfast has so many western and eastern food varieties and they change it daily, you can also order complimentary a la carte food which are equally as good as the buffet! The dining room has that kind of breakfast club vibe, super nice. Our room is decently sized and has everything you need, have to say, the bed is super comfy, my gf usually can't take a nap but she's able to nap on that bed. On top of all that, the hospitality of the staff working in the hotel is just simply incredible, from checking in to welcome drink to asking how your day is, you feel really welcomed at this place. A special shoutout to Chloe, who makes our stay at the Hotel even more incredible and special.

Located in Hanoi and with Hanoi Old City Gate reachable within a 7-minute walk, The West Hotel & Spa provides concierge services, allergy-free rooms, a terrace, free WiFi throughout the property and a... The greeting on arrival, the personalised service from Several staff members was comforting after a long flight. We were able to check in early which was great. The room was spacious, we had a balcony overlooking the busy market street, which was amazing for people watching, although once the door was shut you could not hear any outside noise.so close to Market, Beer Street, Lake and an abundance of eateries, clothing shops, convenience stores and close to transport to other tourist locations. Breakfast was simple but sufficed. Not being tech savvy, the crew which included Nora, Marcus, and so sorry to the rest of the team, names escaped me, but were amazing with fixing issues on our phone. We went away to Sapa for 4 days and returned to stay one night again prior to going to Halong Bay. We had a room at the back due to the hotel been fully booked, still very spacious. Clean room. We loved our 6 night stay and have absolute no hesitation in recommending this hotel. No pool which I always look for in a hotel, that did not deter me, however, we found other places where we could go for a quick swim and cocktails during the day. We received a lovely thank you note and some sweet treats on our last night. Will always have fond memories of the staff, big goodbye hugs all round on our departure.
