The staff at the hotel were lovely and very helpful, especially David. They made the hotel stand out for us. The location is great, right in the heart of the old town. Room had everything we needed and the bed was huge - Would recommend.

Cosy inn was a great place to stay in Hanoi for first-time Vietnam travelers. We were greeted on the street by the receptionist who was able to get us an airport shuttle and then showed us the way to the hotel. It is right on beer street, so there is easy access to the nightlife and hoan kiem area. The staff was so friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was great. The rooms are very upscale looking and have a great A/C system and rainfall shower.

The hotel is recently refurbished so the rooms are new and renovated, very spacious and light. The location is also great. The highlight of the stay was the staff who are extremely kind and helpful (especially Hanna!). Would definitely recommend.
