The room was a good size and beautiful views. They upgraded us, as it was the start of our honeymoon trip! They gave us a cake and a congratulations card made by hand!

This is the second time, i stayed at this hotel. The hotel is clean. The location is excellent. Near 2 mrt stations. Downtown line and circle line. There's a seven eleven shop across the street. The staff are very nice and helpfull

The sleek and contemporary Hotel Gin Bugis Singapore, located in the bustling hub of Bugis, Singapore, offers guests a unique blend of city life and comfort. We stayed here as it was less expensive than every other very expensive hotel in Singapore. The room was small but we only slept there as so much to do outside. You had to clamber over the bed if two of you in there. There's a wooden base you can walk on but not for people that aren't keen on that

Close to MRT and many shopping malls and good food. Able to do online check in before reaching hotel. Downloaded the app to receive digital key in my mobile phone. So high tech!

Everything about our experience in Somerset Bencoolen met our expectations. The property was very clean, very comfortable, and well equipped for a pleasurable stay. The receptionists Amira and Stesha deserve a special mention for their friendly, helpful, and professional service during our stay.
