All of staff are kind and nice. especially Sergio always wears smile and super friendly and helpful. My husband and I really enjoyed this stay.

If I could give them 11 out of 10, I would. Amazing location, incredible staff and beyond great value for money. We felt like home. Breakfast was fresh with many options and different spread everyday.

Location is prime, just back from the river. Breakfasts are excellent, with large selection continental style. Historic building with newly renovated modern interior.

Everything - from the time we arrived until we left. The hotel was a fantastic experience, situated at the heart of Ribeira, the beautiful part of Porto by the river Douro. Friendly and interested staff gave us all information we needed for our stay in the fantastic city of Porto. The small touches, from a glass of port and the famous custard tart on arrival, to our anniversary card and cake in our room and the little present when we left. Hotel da Bolsa is nestled within Porto’s historic Ribeira district, just 100 metres from the neoclassical Palácio da Bolsa (Stock Exchange Palace). It offers breakfast and rooms with free Wi-Fi. Clean room, bar and restaurant. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Perfect location, but not noisy at all, we could sleep very well.

The 5-star Pestana Vintage Porto Hotel & World Heritage Site is romantically situated along the Douro River, right on the historic Ribeira Square. Booked for a room with a view and stayed at the 5th floor. Fantástic view of the Ribeira, especially at the sunset. Nice and friendly people attending in the reception, restaurant and bar. Fantastic breakfast, including sparkling and Porto wines. Cheeses and sausages served in the hotel winery, which makes a true difference. It was my wife birthday and they sent her a bottle of sparkling wine with a small cake to celebrate. Little things that really makes a big difference.
